I have a 99 altima and i just installed a pheonix digital remote start in it, I cant seem to get alarm to set, it shows one of the doors is open. I am using diodes for all door triggers and also tested each wire with a dvm, I also tried to set the alarm with out the - trigger connected to doors then grounded it after being armed and it works fine, but when it wire it to the doors it shows one of them is open, all pin switches are fine and working.

Please Help!

you might want to check the polarity of your door sensors and make sure you are using the same pick wire from your remote start computer. Some cars use a - door pin pick and others use a + pin pick. Also a diode is not need for a door sensor in most cases. try it with out the diode.

you might be connecting it to the wrong place on the door triggers to. the same wire color is used as the power feed from the fuse block as the one on the door sensors to the dome lights and ect. You want to clip into the wire behind the drivers side kick panel by the peddles or on the drivers side door switch itself. You should see a bundle of wires behind the kick panel and the same color wire as you are using for your door switches. Try clipping the remote computer on there and it should work.
