What are some of the rules for being a dealer for DEI (viper,python). I heard something but not sure if it true or not. You have to charge a minimal fee no mater what. Is this true are not. And what are soem of the other rules they have, im courius.

Thanks foor that info but that not what i was looking for. Whit the previous 2 post that should be for any dealer. The main thing i want to know do they tell you what to charge or you can charge what you want.

no they dont tell you what to charge... BUT they rely on the above mentioned integrity and reputation of a dealer to represent their product well...they wouldnt want you low balling the product any more than they would want you ass raping someone either..... which all comes back to my mentioned comments above...they look for dealers who have a reputation as a quality install shop, doing quality work and treating customers like people.....

and as a dealer I have a responsibility to represent the product in a professional manner

Thanks for the answer, just wanted to hear it form some one eles. The statement i heard was form a DEI dealer.

They don't tell you what to charge but most manufacturers do tell you a minimum amount you are allowed to advertise.
