Doing an install in the above vehicle. I need full brake light and head light kill switches. Any help would be appriciated.

doesnt it tell you what wires you need to install these "kill switches" on?? BTW isnt disabling brake lights and headlights on a vehicle not only stupid but illegal??

Well, in the post it says, headlights....not recomended. That doesn't help me much now does it. The install is for a narcotics task force, unmarked, patrol car/truck. I am under the impression most of these narc officers do things that are stupid and illegal anyway. I'm just trying to do the install his boss wants.

that's easy just get a couple of toggle switches and use them to interupt the wires coming off the brake switch and the headlight switch. just make sure the switch for the headlight is a little higher amperage rating.

That's the way I would do it too. When I did the removal from the 1999 Silverado, who ever did the install had some trouble as the headlights and tail lights come on with ignition, no matter what position the lighting switch is in. The guy said the previous installer charged the Sheriff's Office over $600 becuase no one could figure who to do it. I'm just trying to plan ahead and see if there is some trick. The switches will actually be interfaced through a mobile radio that has an external "relay package" that can be controlled from the radio.
