First off the vehicle I am refering to is a 1986 VW Jetta the wiring diagram is here is that will help. 1985-92 Volkswagen Jetta Alarm Information

The alarm that I am refering to Is a Thor alarm with a paging unit and such its a no name alarm lets just say!

For the Remote start on this alarm I am having troubles trying to figure out how to wire it to my car. Here is a link to the wiring diagram  https://members.shaw.ca/phillips15895/remote%20start.JPG.

The only two wires I can't figure out is the Key on and the power supply to the starter, I am not to sure where to find those wires.  Is it the "starter" RED / BLACK one on the wiring diagram for my car? And is the "Key On" the Ignition wire Or will is be the "accessory"?

Please help me out!!!

the first one is the starter wire and the second one is the ign. wire....


Constant 12 volts RED IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Ignition 12 volts BLACK IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Starter RED / BLACK IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
