yeah, im a low life mooch that buys dei product from a distributor, and dei wont offer their tech support even tho its their own damn product. its pretty sad that dei doesnt have a problem selling their products but wont even offer tech support to the installers that are installing it. so unless your interested in helping a fellow installer out, why dont you keep your negative comments to yourself

how about you pay for it, and they give it to you? try buying from DEI directly?

you're right mxxmikexx that is a crappy situation... i would try to discuss it with DEI directly because it sounds like it is your distributor who is not giving you the proper level of support... i've always found DEI to be VERY supportive of their authorized dealer network.....
