Hello,

I know this sounds like a newbie question, but this is my second install. I am installing the Crime Stopper on the Max.  I was  looking for the trunk release which the diagram said it was a medium brown wire at the driver side kick panel. However, there are three medium brown wires at that location(Which one?).  None of the wires worked, but I it could be bad. I was looking at the trunk and behind the trink key lock, there is a device that has two wire, one has about five volts on it, and the other is ground. This device also has a magnet. I think it is a motor, but I am not sure. Can anyone direct me on how I find some info on this device?
