I have a 2000 Tahoe, does anyone know how to disable the factory alarm? I grounded the LT Green wire on the BCM at the purple connector and it still functional, any ideas???

What do I do with the Disarm/Defeat wire (Blue/Red)?  The door locks are connected and working fine.
