I did a search but got no hits.

If wanting to make the 3rd brake light flash along with the parking lights, would I simply tap the output wire from alarm that's currently connected to parking light wire?  I didn't do the install myself, just noticed there was a wire running from the alarm to the light switch.

Thanks in advance.

Tapping the wire from the parking light output to the middle brake light would cause your brake lights to go on whenever you put your parking lights on. You need to isolate the 2 circuits with diodes and/or a relay.

This is one of the weirdest request I have seen. What's next, someone who wants their power antenna to go up and down when their alarm is going off.

LOL.  I guess I never thought it would be such a weird request.  It's summer time, I have a whole month until school starts again so too much time on my hands maybe? LOL  Also, this is no ordinary brake light.  I spent almost $100 for this super bright SVT Lightning LED 3rd brake light.

To be honest, I didn't think of the power antenna idea but did (1/2 jokingly) thought about having the alarm trigger my system which would then play "Another one bites the dust!".  This would only happen in the early warning stage.  Once fully triggered, it would switch to full blaring sirens and air horn of course.  Also, the windows would go down briefly while the music play otherwise no one would hear anything other than the bass.  They would then go back up when sirens start blaring.

Thanks, I'll try the diodes/relay suggestion.

Weird Request!!!! Not really. I have to say that I have my 1998 F250 setup with the Upper Cab light. This way while I am looking out from the 9th floor window I can see if my Alarm is going off. Sure I can tell at night with just Parking light Flash. However during the day it is a little hard to tell who's Alarm is going off. I have installed it in about 20 or so other Auto's for people that live or work on upper floors.

Hope you were able to figure something out for your car that works for you. Don't have to be like everyone else!
