I have freind with a 95 chevy lumina van.  It had an alarm installed in it but some one took it out.  Now when ever she shuts the car off after driving the fuel pump fuse blows.

I thought it might have something to do about the security system (ie passlock or something like that) contributing to the problem.  I have already replaced the fuel pump and the injectors.  Though it is running better it still blows the fuel pump fuse when you kill th engine.

It only blows the fuse after the engine is shut down, not when driving or starting?

Right, only after the car has been running, not while starting or driving.

You may want to trace that wire. Maybe just replace it, or take out the passlock on it-and get an alarm.

I am not sure if it has a passlock on it or not.  If so it could be the root of my problem.  I thought it might be an electrical short but every time I put a fuel pump or injectors on it, it didn't blow the fuse for about a month then slowly worked back into blowing the fuse every time you shut the motor off.

I am really confused and would like for someone to point me in the right direstion.
