hi, if anyones familiar with the 2.5x by clifford i have a question about installing a hood/tilt sensor and trunk pin/switch. How can each of them be isolated to go off per zone. For instance in the manual it says the blue wire for trunk/hood pin, instant trigger/zone 1. How would the alarm system be wired to know when the hood goes off and vise versa, and what would you connect the tilt sensor to trigger a diferent zone icon or something to know if thats going off too? Thanks for the help in advance.

You will have to diode isolate each of the different zones so they don't trigger each other.

Connect the hood switch to the small gray input and the trunk switch to the blue on the main connector. Program the transmitter to see these as two different zones as explained in the owner's manual ( RTFM posted_image )
