I saw this post: https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=29672&KW=durango+wiring and was wondering if I have to add resistors to the secrurity system or if it will work without them?

Is it ask for them then you will need them.

*****Lock requires a negative trigger through a 820 ohm resistor. Unlock requires a negative trigger through a 330 ohm resistor

Yes. Lights are a -trigger 1k resistor, relay needed.
