I have installed approx 25 alarm/remote starter combos in different types of vehicles. My question is I have the open oppertunity to put in a combo into a 2004 lexus rx330. I use the prestige APS-786 units. For I am most comfortable in using them. How deciving/difficult is it to install one into this vehicle? And can someone help me out with a tech sheet for the wires. As always to the people of 12volt. com thankyou...

plan on this job taking alot longer than your normal install. be careful taking the drivers door apart, the panel that holds all the window switches is kinda tricky to get apart. according to the tech info the door locks are just neg. trigger unlike the older rx300's which are a pain to wire correctly.

make sure you wire the system to shut down the auto lamps when the remote starter times out/shuts down.
