i just installed this into my car (2000 grand am ) and around chirtmas time into my friends civic

both work great! i love this alarm! thats why i got one for myself, i liked it on my friends car and love it even more on mine! its great! very high quality stuff. Don't buy anything else on ebay other then mannix or compustar...well u could buy all those expensive viper and what not, but mannix is the best for the money!
