The driver side door lock doesn't lock  80% of the time with the remote. All other locks work fine.

After using the key to lock the drive side door, it unlocks about 20% of the time with the remote.

What could be the problem?

are you using relays?  the output from most units isn't strong enough to work with resistors.  also, verify proper resistance with a meter.
