Hi,

I installed had a professional car security place install my keyless/alarm system. Every thing work fine up until they started the car, then the alarm started going off and wouldn't turn off. I then send the brain module back to the company, and they send me a newone. I connected that and had the exact same problem. Everything worls until the car is started.

PLEASE HELP !!!!!!

Is the alarm armed when the car is started ? The FAI -300 is a alarm only or is it the alarm + remote starter combo ?

It is a Alarm + remote !!!!
The car was locked (armed) when i started it.  

After I started it once it didn't work anymore. I even unplugged the module and plugged everything back in, as soon as i plug it back in the alarm goes off.
