I should have known better than to leave my keys about for my 2year old boy to play with and never return. As a result I have no keyless Remote to lock my Toyota Rx300. My question is I have seen after market Keyless Remotes(lock, Unlock) which apparently can be programed to work with he car. Please any information would be appreciated.

Why not just purchase another from the dealer? They are not that expensive.

I have been told by Toyota New Zealand that because my RX300 is an import, that they would have to send to Japan and the cost is $500
