I am installing a remote start alarm (code alarm power elite 7600). Have every thing working but the remote start. The IGN 2 wire (black white) does not have voltage in the start position. *Some diagrams say IGN2 is blk/white some say its blk/oranage...either way both drop voltage in the start position. Starting to think the code alarm unit is faulty but I can use the quick leave feature and remove the keys from the vehicle and still have it run. All else is hooked up ie IGN 1, starter, tach, heat/ac, etc.

Blakc/White is not needed for remote start, it's accually 2nd Acc and pretty much only powers the Radio and wipers.
