i was just on the website for bypasskits.com and stumbled across a tach signal generator module (datatach2) that apparantly hooks up to the obdII system in the car. has anyone used one of these before? because im thinking if they work, they might come in handy for those damn ford diesels that you can never find a tach source on!

just curious....

Honestly don't know but, for 40 bucks retail is it worth it, or could you get away with charging and additional 40? Alot of there other products work well so I would assume no less for this product.
