On my alarm I have two 12v wires I have to connect, plus I might have a few more relays that will require a 12v wire. Can I just tap into the same 12v wire under the dash 3-5 times or will it cause problems? If I can, then I simply directly connect to it and I'm good to go?

you must be talking about the 12 volt constant, and the ignition....you can tap into 12 v constant, and ignition, but i would recommend using relays for anything after that...

It depends on how much current you will be drawing as to whether or not to tag power at the ignition harness. I would recommend that you tap main power for the alarm under the dash and if you require any more then 15 amps in addition to the alarm that you run a feed from the battery, fused of course.

No, I need two 12v constant wires for my alarm. It is a Compustar. If I'll need relays for my installation, then of course I will need more 12v constant wires. I don't think you meant I'll need another relay before going to the actuall relay I'm trying to hook up, right? And I also putting a couple neon lights under the dash, so here goes another 12v constant tap in. I'm just wondering how everyone else does this kind of thing.

How much is 15 amps in real world words? :) I'm not too sure how it should be measured.

What ever you need for the alarm tie into the ignition harness. For other accessories, such as your neons, run a wire from the battery, fused of course.
