I am looking to hook up a backup camera, and i want my indash screen to automatically switch to video mode 2, which would be the camera when i put the car in reverse. how do i go about doing that?

Might be good for a little more information on your Indash Screen! I have a work truck that has a back up cam and when I put the truck in reverse my screen goes to Vid In 2 because it sees that there is power there. However I had to change the settings to override averything else. If you can change your settings that should work for you too.

the screen is a sony xav-7w. i have not seen any settings to do this on there,
