I have a 2k  ford mustang and I hooked up the remote start and all it does is keep turning the starter over. Is there anyone who can help? there is no chip on the factory key. any help appreciated

You will need to bypass the Ford PATS passive anti theft systems when remote starting.

thanks for confirming that is there any way I can get the wire colors out ya? I plan on ordering a bypass kit from Omega. have you used them?

you need a key to get that car to remote start.

try this....leave the key in the ignition barrell...and press the remote.....it should work....then you will know you need a bypass kit for that car.

if you think it does not need a key.....check your igniton wire and ACC wire, sounds like you have them mixed up
