Im installing an alarmsystem in a 91built 92 Civic..

I am having the same problem as with the door triggers as this one guy in a post from 2002..

In the12volt vehicle information it says to go for the GREEN/ red when its really the GREEN/ Blue.

However the alarm only triggers with the driver door.. the domelight comes on with all the other doors but no alarm response.. So instead im going to wire the domelight to the +door trigger wire input on the alarm...

Should i use a relay for this?? What color do is the honda Civic Domelights????

GREEN/ blue is the driver's door pin only. Door trigger is - trigger and there is no wire that goes + with the door open, the domelight is always constant +12V and uses the - door trigger to turn on. Look for a lt. GREEN/ red or possibly even a RED / green.

Parking Lamp

RED / GREEN

(+) AT HEADLIGHT SWITCH

I have also seen it listed as:

GREEN/ RED at White Connector at Fuse Box

1992 is listed as:

Dome Light

GREEN/ RED

(-) DRIVER KICK PANEL
