I now have two vehicles with identical alarm systems including the window roll-up modules wired for two windows with full auto up and down functions used . Both DEI 530T modules appear to be defective with separate problems.

Module #1 will not "auto-roll up" either of the two windows during system arming if the ambient temperature is over 100F or if the car has been parked in the sun. Everything on this module has worked great since installed last fall up until the temperature got too hot this summer. Once it has cooled off it works fine again.

Module #2 will not roll up the either window by remote after I have rolling them down by remote. It will only roll the windows up by remote after I have cycled the ignition switch or remote started the vehicle.

The problems follow the module when I swap them from one vehicle to the other so I know the wiring is not the culprit. It's not the DIP switches either.  It seems to me I must have two bad modules.

Can anyone recommend a DEI dealer/installer in Phoenix area where I can get these looked at or repaired?

Anyone else having problems with reliability on these modules??

Thanks
