i hope some one can help me out with this problem my alarm for some reason activates/deactivates by its self i have a FM2009 2 way pager alarm i recently changed the antenna because the old one got damaged can some one please help me out

can you give more info, when does it do that and what kind of car is it, and anything else you got.

i have a 97 honda civic lx it does it like once in a good while. i just have the alarm hooked up oh yeah its also hooked up to remotely turn my car on

you don't happen to accidently hit the buttons while it's in your pocket do you? a lot of times the easiest  answer is the best answer. we once spent 1.5 hours troubleshooting one of our alarm/remote start installs on a late model Ford. the factory alarm kept arming itself and when you would unlock the doors with the aftermarket, the OEM went off. Solution; took the battery out of the factory key fob and it quit happening. a button was stuck on the key fob arming the factory alarm.

naw im not pressing the buttons or anything like that the damn thing is that the keys would be lioke lets say on the table and i would receive a page that the alarm was disarmed or a status check
