I am installing a car alarm in my truck. I have shaved door handels so Im hooking one door up to the unlock button and the other door to the trunk release button. When I went to hook the first door up I was not getting a strong enough volts out of the wire to open the door. So I put a relay on it and it works fine. So I did the same thing for the sencond door but its like the trunk release wire is not strong enough to even activate the relay. I did put a tst light on the wire and it does light up very little. I have swap relays to make sure they work and they do. So how can I make the volts strong enought to activate the relay?

It is a magicar fai-300 alarm.

One more question is there a way I can make the alarm unlock one door when I hit the button once and the other door when I hit it the button more?

The alarm has a built in central door lock module if this matters.
