Hey, installed my RSX 3.5 today and noticed my transponder is not updating. When I arm the alarm, nothing changes on the screen. The icon stays as unarmed. The alarm goes off, nothing happens on the screen. A door is open, same thing. Did I get a faulty remote? I did have a Matrix 3 installed before, and never swapped the old antenna plug with the new one (I did change the antenna though) because they both looked the exact same. Could this be my problem? Any other ideas? Thanks!

you have change the antenna plug. I had the same issue upgrading from a non 2 way alarm to the rsx3.5

the new antenna cable has an extra wire in it to allow for the two way communication...
