I have a 1999 honda accord and recently put keyless entry on it now i am trying to hook up the flashing parking lights but when i tap into the RED / black wire for the parking lights from the relay i get nothing from it and i am completely lost as to what could be the problem. any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

Parking LampRED / BLACK (+)GREEN 20 PIN CONN. DRIVER FUSE BLOCK
If you are using a Scotch-lok type tap, check to make sure you are peircing the wire.  Have you put a meter on the RED / BLACK to see if you are getting voltage?  With the Parking Light switch and from the Keyless Entry

I agree, need the alarm info. Some alarms only put out a negative trigger and you may need a relay.

I have a question about a relay i am trying to hook up my keyless entry to my parking lights and when every i hook the wire up to the parking lights wire all i get is buzzing., but when the wire is not hooked up it works fine.  it is a 30 amp relay. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

what wires are going to the relay (i.e.-#30 to vehicle parking lights, #87 to constant 12V)? what make/model alarm?

it is a bulldog security ke100. the wire from the system is to #86, to parking lights #87 and 20 amp fused 12v constant to #30 and #85

in my civic it was green with a red strip or vise versa in the ignition harness dont know if its the same. make sure to test before you strip.

can't find a diagram for it. is the parking light output from the alarm + or - signal? also, have you metered the parking light output from the brain to make sure it's putting out?

ON MOST ALARM PARKING LIGHT WIRE WILL WHITE (+) CHECK FROM ALARM WHAT YOU HAVE (-) OR (+) IF YOU HAVE (+) GO DIRECT TO RED / BLACK IF YOU (-) THEN YOU NEED RELAY 86 AND 87 GO TO (+) 30 GO TO RED / BLACK  AND 85 GO ALARM  (87A IS NO USE )

Don't waste time trying to find the individual wire. You can get the parking lights directly from a small male spade connector on the fuse box. Test with a multimeter. There are about 5-7 of those connectors, use for the factory security. Test, then use a female spade on the 12v+ parking light output on the alarm.
