Does anybody know what kind of valet toggle switch this alarm is supposed to have. I removed the alarm from a car I had before I sold it and forgot to remove the valet switch. I cant remember if it is momentary or snap action. OEM valet switch from alpine is discontinued. Any help greatly appreciated. I could also buy one of each and try out but why waste anymore money on old alarm. Thanks again

If it is like mine now it is just a momentary I believe. The one for my 8081 is one that if you push it to the side, it snaps back to the old position. hope that helps. never have been quite sure which was which.
