Can anyone tell me how to increase the confirmation alarm chirp volume when I arm and disarm?

Not 100 % sure, but if it has a soft chirp option, this is built into the CPU. OTherwise changing the siren will increase the volume of the siren confirmation chirps

So if its built into the CPU I can't raise volume?   If not I can just change out the siren to increase volume?

well, I know that for the Alpine systems, if you change out the siren it doesn't change the soft chirp cause it's built into the CPU. With the AstroStart, this may be the same, but you will have to try with another siren to be sure as I'm not familiar with the way they work. Does the volume of the confirmation chirps match the siren volume when going off ? If so, then all you have to do is change the siren to a higher db siren and you'll get a higher volume confirmation chirp.

Another way of doing it is to relocate the existing siren into your fender well. The thin metal doesn't muffle the sound at all.

i dont know of anything that you can boost volume on the astro 5204.  i love the units but that is one grip.   some sirens are louder than others .  i would maybe a different brand of siren.  also you may try to measure the output voltage to the siren trigger.  if it is low,  maybe try a relay to 12 volts to boost voltage.  good luck
