I figure I would probably need an extra window module to accomplish this. I wanted to know if there's a simple way to just roll up the windows whenever I want. With the alarm I have installed I have an additional output that I can use to activate a relay. If I could wire up my windows so they had constant 12V, would it be possible to use this output to trip a relay to provide the ground necessary to cause both windows to roll up? I figure I could just attach the ground to both windows wires, but use diodes so it wouldn't mess up the normal operation. I am guessing if I was going to try this I'd have to rip my door apart because the switches and the motor are inside, but I was wondering if I could do all of this at the fuse box or other location. I know it's a long shot but I thought it'd be cool. Thanks in advance for your help.
buy a window module, thats whats its designed to do.
You could easily hook your windows up to relays to have them go up whenever you want. You would have to use a timer to have them go up all the way if you have a pulse output. If your alarm will give you an output as long as you push the button, you wouldn't even need that. However, like kkeeni said, you're better off buying a module.

It would end up being about the same price as relays and harnesses, and would give you the shutdown that will save you from burning out your window motors.

That's my whole point though, is that I don't want to.
If you don't want to buy one then you don't do it.
