Hey guys im intersted in putting a trunk pop into a 97 civic ex that has a push button on the floor to pop the trunk but nothing on the keyless entry. i am going to be installing a 791xv into the car so the remote wont be a problem however i have not installed one of these after market kits and was looking for some guidence. Is one kit better than the other and what in the world gets hooked to where? any insight would be greatly apprecated.

first check to see if you can fit a 98-02 accord trunk popper onto ur model. i know for a fact that those trunk popper fits perfectly onto 01-04 civics.

getting this factory actuator will save a lots of time trying to mount it efficiently.
