Hello,

I need some help on how to get a Tach signal for the remote start on a 2002 Mustang GT.  I believe the engine has a coil on every spark plug rather than a traditional setup.  I am installing a Prestige APS996A on this auto.  Does anyone know what I need to do?

Thanks

My engine is different, it has no spark plug wires, just wiring that goes to 8 individual coils which sit on the end of the spark plug.

*3 For the 3.8L motor, use the dk. blue/lt. green, RED / lt. blue, or the pink/white. All of these wires are found at the coil pack. The 4.6L motor uses a separate coil for each cylinder. Go to any coil and use the wire that is NOT red or WHITE/ lt. blue.
