The air condition output on my alarm, what do i hook this up to? power wire on the a/c harness?

YEs, you hook this up to the ACCESSORY wire of the vehicle that controls the A/C & the heater.

yea hook it up to accesory wire and what happens it that same wire will control the radio etc.

Not necessarily will this connection control the radio. Some vehicles have separate accessory wires which control the A/C & heater from the radio, wipers & defrost. You really don't need the radio during remote start anyway posted_image .
