We've seen cars with under glow LED Neon working with its security system, were the neon would act as an indicator and its motion moving left to right.
Is this already on the "type" of LED under glow neon, or is there specific way to run the wires?

I don't believe you can hook anything like that up.. You your meaning hooking up some underbody LED neons as the flashing LED.. it prolly wouldn't be a good idea because there would be a large constant draw on the battery..

You can hook up the neons on one of the outputs and have the neons preprogrammed to do scrobe a certain way..
