Hey, I've got a 97 Volkswagen Jetta GT and yesterday I went in to have a compustar 2WFM-AS alarm installed...

Now my signal lights don't work at all and the whipers are screwed up too.. if I put it on intermitant it goes on the normal speed and on any speed I put it on, the whipers will stop right where they are when I turn them off... before they would finish the whipe before stopping... any ideas of what could be wrong?

The installer is completely baffled... and I can't get an appt at VW for a week, and they are usually pretty stuborn about having aftermarket alarms and stuff anyway, I'd like to get it fixed without them...
