Hi I hope to purchace a starter/alarm/remote keyless entry system and custom install it with the following functionallity:

-no 'setting' the car starter

-the car starter will not work when the car is in gear

-the 'lock' button on the remote will also rollup windows that are fully (or partially?) unrolled, but will not engage this for rolled up windows

The car is a 1998 Hyundai Tiburon, Standard, Power Windows, no power locks...

Does anyone know how I could accomplish this?

Bring it to a certified installer. Window mods suck to do not to mention you need actuators as well for the power locks. If you've never done one of these, definatley bring it in.

good luck finding someone to do a rs on a stick. i wouldnt
