I have a 99 dodge ram with K-9 alarm system after the positve side of battery was taken of to install radio, know the alarm wont arm by it self. and the carjacking only works when car is turn on. before the radio was instal the carjacking worked everytime the door was open. please help

what is the model number of the alarm??

do you need the manual for the features??
