The WHITE/ blue in the H1 harness should not be used in your setup. Connect the blue wire from the 555c to the blue wire in the 4 pin plug that plugs into the relay pack.

The blue from the 520T goes to the blue wire in the H1 harness

When you say to the relay pack, do you mean connect to the cars ignition wire? or what?

Thanks for the help...When you say to the relay pack, do you mean connect to the cars ignition wire? or what?

Also, any more corrections? What about the open ones with question marks?

I don't know your car wires by color. Therefore, I'll confine my comments to the DEI stuff...

If you can find a park/neutral wire on your car, I'd run BLACK/ white on H3 through that switch to it. (This will be hard to find, and isn't a huge deal-- I'm a belt and suspenders kind of guy.)

JWorm is referring to the blue wire that comes out of the relay pack (which is most directly connected to your ignition wires). On page 58 of the manual, it's the left-most labeled wire.

First question mark is answered by JWorm above. Next is positive door triggers-- not necessary if you have the green wire hooked up.

You've got both 529T and 530T hooked to channel 2 (RED / White on H1). I'd hook one to Channel 4 (vio/white on H2)-- that way you can control sunroof independently from windows. Your choice, though. The other question marks on H2 don't have to hook to anything (unless you want to be able to flash your headlights from your remote :).

Make sure the same chassis ground is used for everything.

On H3, I'd hook up the blue/white wire to something that turns on your defogger when pulsed (or held) negative. Of course, if you live in the South, perhaps you left that out on purpose ;). Also on H3, when you say "Brake light" -- you do mean the brake light switch (right near the brake pedal), right?

Your trunk release is a negative pulse?

You haven't mentioned the connections from 555C to your ignition.

On the heavy gauge, you should hook orange to your accessory wire, and you only need to hook up pink/white and RED / white if you have a second ignition or accessory wire. (Even then, only if you want to power the things hooked to that second wire).

W/ your 530T, make sure you do have an A (or C) type window system.

530T gray is for "telling" other components that something's happening-- e.g. rolling windows down sets of prox or shock sensor. (It would be used to drive a relay disabling them during option).

Most of this is just answering your "?"s-- you've planned this out well,

Wow hagmanti, where do i send the beer?

Since I cant edit my post I made a cheesy diagram :)
Can you guys fill in the anything more?
Also according to the sheet they sent me, my car has neg trunk (from glove box) and type A windows. And I meant brake light switch. My diagram should be pretty much the same as all newer neons and pt cruisers.

Also my car is a manual, can I wire the Blk/Wht H3 neutral wire to the praking brake?

If your car is a manual, then you definitely need:

Parking brake has to be set-- I'd diode isolate the output of parking brake and put it on the brake switch input (assuming positive polarity on both). (If negative polarity for parking brake, then I'd put it with the hood pin or some other instant cutoff).

Tranny is in neutral-- output the grey wire through the switch to a wire that reads ground only when tranny is in neutral.

I can't stress the importance of this enough-- if your car can start in gear, then someday it will, and you will be liable (and responsible, and guilty because of) the consequences.

I can't read that diagram, so I can't comment further on it.

Neutral safety...ground or not connect to anything?

Neutral safety (BLACK/ white on H3)-> supplied rocker switch -> wire that reads ground when (and only when) in neutral.

Brn on H3 -> diode -> brake shutdown wire
-> diode -> handbrake wire (reads positive when hand brake _not_ on)

I'd save channel 2 (H1 RED / white) for a trunk release (you might want one someday!) and use channel 5 (H2 WHITE/ black) for the 529T grey instead-- then route the 529T orange to (H1 orange) ground when armed (and diode isolate). Then your sunroof will automagically roll up when you arm the alarm. This is a matter of opinion, and it's possible that I just don't know how to wire the 529T (it's been a while since I've seen the manual for that). Remember, channel two doesn't activate until you hold the button 1.5 seconds, so it's better to use for something that you don't ever want to change directions...

I'm not sure why you're using the factory arm/disarm wires to run your 451M. I would use the lock & unlock wires (green and blue respectively, on their own harness). Actually, I don't really see why it wouldn't work, but just saying.

H2 blue(? on your diagram) doesn't need to be hooked up unless you want to enable progress door unlocking. That'll need at least one more relay (??).

That's what jumps out at me...
