I want to add a 2nd siren but want to use a relay so if the first siren is cut the second will go off

My idea: Battery backup siren

I can't imagine (short of a terribly complicated circuit) a way to make a siren that only goes off when the alarm's siren wire is cut... I mean, if the thief is under your hood cutting wires, you're better off having a near-inaccessible battery backed up siren than two sirens...
