This is for the installation manual. You should have taken a few moments to look this up via the search feature, as this exact same Q has been asked 9999999 this week.
Doing so, will assist you more in the long run.

Do you have any ideas on the best way to wire up a strobe with this alarm? I have 2 40a relays. Thanks, Kevin

You could wire it to the siren output, or the light flash output. With the siren the output will be continous, with the light flash it will be pulsed.
It is up to you to decide which effect is more pronounced, and effective for your application.
This assumes you wish to have it activated by the alarm system when it is tripped. If you wish to control the on-off state of the strobe light, you will have to use one of your aux channels, or a configure one to the appropiate latch, valdity, etc.
