The following are some wires coming out of my alarm/keyless module:

window-up control output(-), dome light output(-),trunk sw(-), right indicator(+),

left indicator(+), +12v, siren(+), door sw(-), door sw(+), hood sw(-).

I assume window-up output(-) means that the alarm module sends a negative pulse to supply a temporary ground to power windows. How about right indicator(+)? Is that an input or an output? It is used to flash lights.

I see i have both a neg and pos for door switch. do i use both? or do i just use the one that works the polarity of my car's door switch?

You use the polarity which applies to your vehicle.
