Which is the best line to interrupt with killer relay? If thief can just push start car, why bother with starter?

Because push-starting a car is more of a hassle, and it's more likely that people nearby will notice...

Plus if you have a hood lock (or back-up battery), the siren's probably going to be going the whole time. If you're really mean, you put a siren inside the cabin....

The canonical line to interrupt is the starter-- this is the (usually heavier gauge) wire that goes to 12V when the ignition is in the crank position (and no other time). Easiest place to find it is by the ignition-- but people sometime interrupt it closer to the starter motor.

Do a combination of ignition and fuel pump or starter wire. Do not do more than this becuase if there is a failure somewhere, you'll have to trace each one out which is a real pain.
