Hows it going? I have a weird problem with one of my remotes. I have two sets of matrix 3.5 remotes.

Using the the first remote works fine. When I press the unlock button, the car's doors unlock. The doors also unlock when i the ignition is turned off.  No problem with locking the car.

When using the second remote it does not unlock  when I press the unlock button. In order for me to unlock the car's doors i have to quickly press the unlock button twice. When the ignition is turned off, the doors do not unlock like when I am using the first remote. I have no problem with locking the car.

I have tried to reprogram the second remote by removing the battery then putting it back in then using the valet switch to program the remote, but that does not seem to work, unless, I am not programming the remote right (I use the autolearn function to program the remote).

Thanx.

Delete all transmitters (option 12) and relearn all RC and try it again.

Did you install this unit yourself? If so, try the above method first. If the unit was installed and programmed with a bitwritter, the unit may be locked, or programmed for only one remote.
