Hello Everyone,
I have a matrix rsx 3.5. I'm installing an additional 508d motion sensor. How do I hook up with conjunction to the shock sensor?

Perhaps you should read the installation manual first.

right now the dealer installed a 508d in my 3.5 rsx in such a way that when the 508d triggers the warning, the remote says sensor 2 warn. When the 508d triggers the full alarm, the remote will say sensor 1 alarm.
However, when the shock sensor triggers the warning, the remote says sensor 1 warn.
When the shock sensor triggers full alarm, the remote says sensor 1 alarm.
My question is there another way to hook up the 508d so that when I triggers the full alarm, it will say sensor 2 alarm on the remote?
I'd like it to differentiate which sensor set off the alarm.

The two sensors should be wired to the H1/6 Blue (-) multi-plexed zone 4.
Both green and blue will be wired to this input, and will report zone 4.

I see that the dealer installed the sensors this way.
all the red and black wires are hooked up together.
all the blues are connected together but the blue on the shock sensor loops back into the orange wire.
then the orange wire is connected to the green wire of the motion sensor

the multiplex blue wire is hooked up to the trunk.

just wondering is it possible to tie the green and blue wire from the 508d together, then connect it to that blue wire that's left unconnected on the shock sensor wire harness?

At this point the installation has been done by a professional. Which comes with a lifetime warranty.
Let them, correct the problem you are having with the system, so as you may keep the warranty.

Yeah the Warranty...
I'm actually not messing with the car I got installed, I'm leaving that one alone.
I've pretty much installed the same alarm into another car following the same way. Everything works fine.
Just that I never noticed how the 508d, when triggering the alarm, sends out a 'sensor 1 alarm' instead of 'sensor 2 alarm' on the remote.
Just wanted to know if this is the only way it has to be if the blue (multiplex zone 4 wire) is used for the trunk trigger already.
Anyone?

actually after reading doing some searching, can someone confirm this?
If you tie the 508d's blue and green wire together then tie it to the blue dangling wire on the 4-pin shock sensor wire harness and leave the blue wire connected to the orange wire on the shock sensor.
Does the shock sensor and 508d triggers two separate sensors in full trigger mode?
