Are you using the proper trigger wires for the module ? Sometimes the modules have a trigger and an AUX wire to other devices ( this is a output not input ). ------------- Jeff

Hi all..i'm new to this site but i'm trying my best ..i'm form Canada,Ontario and working as Master/Installer make sure you wires not wrong and after cuting driver door window up wire you need to remember which side going to motor and switch if it's not right window won't work..also from APS-25 you have to connect Orange wire but if you using this wire for starter disable it won't work on window module and you need diodes to aviod ground coming from starter kill realy. the module you using it's just for one function either window down or up.. Pink wire don't need to connect..it's out put for some accessory ------------- Mobile Installer

yeah im trying to make both windows go up when i push the little green button (aux 2), yes i am using the orange wire for starter disable, so im supposed to use the blue wire and simply connect it to the activation wire of the module rite? John

What is your activation wire timed out for ( BLUE ) ? The activation wire will only roll down the window for as long as there is current in the trigger wire. If you hook up the starter disable ( to close the windows upon arming the system ) then attach the starter disable wire to the activation wire on the module. This wire will stay active for as long as the car is armed, but don't worry because the window modules have an automatic current spike regulator that monitors current spikes and shuts off power when the windows are fully closed.

it works.. but it makes the windows go up instantly after i take out my key out of the ignition..but i found the problem of the whole thing! it was a faulty aux button on the remote!, but now i came across another problem, i connected the activation wire to the aux output and it works, but i'll have to press the aux button a few times, because it goes up and stop, so i have to keep pushing the aux button to get it to completely rolled up?!?

That's because of what I had asked in the previous post.... What is your activation wire timed out for . The remote modules will only activate for as long as there is current in the wire. You will need to find a latched or a continuous output channel to make the windows roll down all the way without having to press the button more than once. ------------- Jeff

Oh, what exactly do you mean by activtion wire timed out for? thanks John

use a wire off the alarm that has a constant output when you press the button like aux ... for instance an output that is latched reset with ignition will work... this means the output will stay on the wire until you turn on th eignition or press the aux button again whichever is first. Velocity said to wire the module so it has a constant trigger so the windows will roll up the first time without pressing buttons more than once.Ok last thing activation timed out for means how long the activation wire is set to supply voltage if it shuts off to soon the window will not roll up all the way and a second press of the button will be required, a latched will stay on supling voltage all the time for a preset time or until an action by you is done like turning ignition, etc read your owners manual or install manual to see what that wire can do .
