I bought a Crimestopper rs-900vi coolstart for my 99 ford powerstroke and I cant find what exact wires on the keyless entry to hook my blue and green wires to. Any help would be very helpful.

Did your 99 come with FACTORY Keyless Entry?

Yes it did come with keyless entry and panic button.

Majority of fords will have a positive pulse in the drivers kick or upper kick inside the dash if you have a keyless entry system, pink/green and pink / YELLOW I think are the colour if the wires.  They are a smaller gauge, so test before you hook them up though.
