I have a no frills Geo Prizm. I am using a Bulldog RS-82I/85I/79
It is programeded for Tachless. The remote starter does have some trouble in the winter starting up the first time.
Should I deal with it, or should I use Tach Mode. If so, is there an easier way then going through the firewall to the starter coil? Is there a wire in the dash somewhere?

Also does anyone know what the red wire does on the 775 parking light relay is there? I have it taped off, but what does it do?

Tach Signal BLACK (-) @ DIST. OR PIN 19 AT DIAGNOSTIC PLUG*

* Diagnostic Plug Located On Driver Strut Tower. Pin #19 Marked IG(-).
