I have a couple of questions that I can't seem to find answers to.

1.  I just put in a DEI Hornet security system and a 508D dual stage proximity sensor in my truck(I have neighborhood teenagers who won't leave my truck alone).  However, the Hornet system only has an input available for instant trigger and hence, no warn away feature.  Is there another way to wire this such that I can get the warn away and instant trigger functions?  I have asked numerous installers in my area and none of them seems to have an answer or wants to help.

2.  Does anyone know where would I find and what color the parking light wires would be in this truck and will the Hornet be able to activate the lights without a relay-its the old body style truck and not the Silverado.

1. You can piggyback the impact sensor along with the perimter sensor. You just have to isolate the two trigger wires from each other by using a 1 amp diode with that cathode side facing the alarm system. As far as the WARN AWAY feature, you may not be able to incorporate this into the Hornet because it doesn't have one of these wires on the unit.

2.PARKING LIGHTS +|brown               |   |lt. blue plug at BCM
PARKING LIGHTS -|white               |   |lt. blue plug at BCM

The BCM is located behind the drivers side of the dash. The plugs on the BCM face towards the rear of the vehicle. The parking lights are in pin A5 and the headlights are in pin A11.
