Hi, I installed alarms in two integras, one a 95, the other a 96, both with crimestopper systems.  They both worked perfect for about a week and then the lock function on the remote stopped working, the locks still work manually from the doors though.  I checked the lock wire and it was still properly connected.  I took one to a install shop and the guy said it was a bad control unit, but I dont believe that.  I appreciate any help you could give me.

U can check, by metering your Lock / UNLock wires from module.
It was probably hooked direct to the Factory Vehicles Lock / UNLock wires and ( could have ) effected the RS / Alarm Module.
U may need Relays
