Try using a ground instead of the ground out when running for the module ( just to test ) if it's the GOWR wire that is not sending a strong enough current to the module. Next reposition the key in different spots on the module ( cut the key shaft off if necessary ) to get the sweet spot. Use hot glue to secure the wire wrap around the ignition cylinder so it stays tightly wound on the column.

Just trying to give you some ideas to try, but you probably have tried these already. Post your results.

Other than this, you can try a different module.

We found the problem!
There is a key-sense wire that must be on also.

The car is out of the shop already and I don't remember the color but it is not in the harness coming from the antenna ring and it does require (+) not (-) like most other key sense wires.

Thanks
